Sweet cake with jam and chocolate is a great Christmas dessert, with which you can spoil both the children and guests who will pass the threshold of the holiday home!

2 tablespoons sugar, for caramel
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup milk
1/3 old cana
60 g butter
1 1/2 dogs flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons spices for sweet cake (ginger and cinnamon)
1 cup of plum jam
Method of preparation
Melt the sugar in a saucepan until it is caramelized, then add the honey, butter and spices and leave on the fire for another 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Extinguish the fire. After it has cooled completely, it incorporates the sugar, milk and galbanus into the mixture and mixes well the composition.
Separately, mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder - and incorporate them, by gentle mixing, into the previously prepared composition. Beat the egg whites with a little salt. Gradually add the foam to the dough, then pour the composition into a cozonac tray or pre-upholstered check with baking paper and bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes.
Each slice of sweet cake is consumed with plum jam.
