The International Festival of the Animation Theater "Joys for Children Collection Shows" is in full swing and continues with 2 premieres of the host theater and many other surprises.
Saturday, November 24, from 6pm
On Saturday, November 24th, from 6:00 pm, the little ones are invited to the premiere of the show "Danila Prepelac", a comedy of cleverness, mercy and shame. The show keeps the thread of the classic story about the poor, stupid and lazy boy.
We can also talk about the biblical parable of the wasting son. Starring Mariana Zaharia, Ilona Hrestic, Dan Codreanu, Marin Fagu, Ioan Brancu, Mihai Dumitrescu, the show is an adaptation by Ion Creanga, directed by Ioan Brancu. The performance will take place in the Lahovari hall and is intended for the little ones over 5 years.

The beautiful "Rapunzel" is waiting for you on Sunday, November 25, to know his story. The show, in the premiere "Rapunzel" will start at 6:00 pm, in the Lahovari hall and has Angela Filipescu, Anamaria Balescu, Gratiela stefan Ene, Paul Ionescu, Eugenia Barbu, Alexandru Neculcea, George Nastase.
"Rapunzel" the name of a plant. and then of a girl. A girl with long hair, who go from an ancient story to the storytellers brother Grimm. and from the Brothers Grimm to us. In us the threads enter the mechanisms of the show. Threads get to move, animate dolls and decorative elements. Puppets decorations. In sight - in the same kind of games of dolls with wires, with dolls, with objects, with decorations and ... with a Povestas came as if from other times. "

Also, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday the little ones and the big ones are greeted with many other surprises. Three book launches, 6 theatrical performances, three conferences held by specialists from China, Hong Kong and Romania and two awards (Michaela Tonitza Iordache Award for excellence in animation art and the Award for the technical body).
The three conferences bring to the public's attention different perspectives on the art of animation theater in particular and children's theater in general. Friday, November 23 and Sunday, November 25, from 8 pm, Wong Tim Keung Simon (Vice President of UNIMA-China and director and founding member of the Ming Ri Institute for Education and Art) and Ma Xingzhi will talk about the history of animation theater in China but also about the role of this art in the development and education of the child.

Saturday, November 24, from 8:00 pm, two great Gods, legends of children's theater, with over 50 years of activity, Brandusa Zaita Silvestru and Alexandrina Halic present a story about combining their childhood with that of the small spectators, about a life dedicated to children and about the love with which the actor's job in the animation theater is rewarded.
The International Festival of the Animation Theater "Joy for Children. Collecting Spectacles" is organized by the Tandarica Animation Theater together with the City Hall of Bucharest, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, ASSITEJ Romania and UNIMA Romania and runs from November 22 to December 1. This edition of the festival has the motto "We build bridges. We cross borders" and aims to bring to the attention of the Romanian public different styles of animation theater and visual theater in the world. For 10 days will take place at Tandarica Theater, Bulandra-Toma Caragiu Theater, Nottara Theater, school no.3 and Fundeni Hospital theater shows for children and adults played by Romanian and foreign troupes (China, Austria , Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Holland, Spain), numerous workshops, book launches, exhibitions held by prominent personalities from the world of world theater.
