Breast of spinach

A serving of spinach soup is a great way to introduce healthy vegetables into your family menu, providing the iron, protein and fiber needed for proper body functioning. Prepare it for dinner and you will see that your chick will more easily accept the spinach on the plate.

Ingredients

300 g of spinach

3 eggs

100 g cheese

50 g mushrooms

150 g butter

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1 salt powder

Method of preparation

Clean the spinach spinach, wash it well in two or three waters, then boil it in salted water and drain. Heat a pan, put the butter to melt and add the chopped mushrooms, which you can boil for a few minutes over low heat.

After it is well drained, chop the spinach and mix it with the mushrooms, egg yolks, grated cheese, salt and foam whites.

Pour then the composition obtained in a greased tray and lined with breadcrumbs and leave the meat to bake about 15-20 minutes, over high heat. After it has baked well, roll the soufflé on a platter and sprinkle over the grated cheese.
